Very long and nice

Very Nice and Very Long Chain. We got a couple of these to help our grand-kids with the fan in their room when they stay with us. They are a little long but I can modify it to work. They feel sturdy enough to last a long time. They come in a small package and shipped well. They didn’t take long to come which is good now a days. I can’t wait for they grand-kids to come and try them out.
Black finish faded

I used this as an edge for a mosaic project. It lines the edge from one type of mosaic tile to the next. The black finish faded after being grouted with black sanded grout. This finish will wear off when used in a normal use where one pulls the ceil9ing fan chain over and over in a specific place-the black finish will wear off. The brass under will show through.
Good fix for a ceiling fan

I was in need of a longer chain for the ceiling fans power switch, and a better way that I could tell it from the other chain for the light switch, so I decided that a longer white pull chain with a differently shaped knob would do the trick, and I ended up using around four feet of the six foot chain to fix it. It is kind of hard to see the white chain…

This is an unbiased review that is unaffected by the fact that I received this product for free. —-This is ordinary non-ferrous pull chain, so not likely to rust. The links attach very easily and are not as easy to remove, just as it should be. The balls appear to be made by stamping a piece of material and bending it around because you can see the seam easily. Look like a string of tiny pearls 😉

So it is a chain. If you are looking for a white beaded chain for your device and white is the choice you need, then this Commercial Electric chain should work for you. It is not the cheap plastic version and comes with only one connector, which I would recommend to add a couple more to the package since most people will be cutting this into shorter lengths for use. The one connector is my only ding on this product to drop to 4 stars.

I am so pleased with the quality of this beaded chain. It is very strong and has a good weight to it, yet I was able to cut it to size using a pair of kitchen scissors. When I ordered the Commercial Electric 6 ft. White Beaded Chain with Connector for Ceiling Fans, I didn?t realize that I would be able to use all six feet on three ceiling fans. By buying this chain along with additional connectors (sold separately) I was able to customize the length of each chain on all of my ceiling fans and the lights. No more standing on my tippy toes to turn off and on the ceiling fan. This product really surprised me and I am so glad I got it.
Excellent aftermarket ceiling fan pull chain

Ordered the 6 foot pull chain with connector to extend the pull chains for my fan that is mounted on a ten foot ceiling and is hard to reach. The fan is mounted 10 feet high with an eighteen inch downrod and I needed the extra length to reach the chains. I cut the chain in half and used half for each control, i.e. fan speed and light. The chain was easy to cut with a wire stripper and worked perfectly giving me the additional reach I need.
Just what I needed

I had installed an outdoor ceiling fan on our screened back porch. However the pull chain wasn?t long enough for either me or my wife to adjust it without pulling out a step stool or ladder. I got this extended chain that was plenty long enough to solve our issue. As a matter of fact I ended up cutting off a good portion of it. Just kept it long enough for my wife to be able to reach still. It?s a good quality black metal beaded chain.

This chain is just what I needed for my closet light. The existing pull was made of a cheap string and this pull chain added good looks plus its long enough to reach easily even for a child. At six feet the chain can be used by itself for ceilings that reach two stories. I could cut it in half and use one half for a similar light in another closet. The connector piece is standard and I could easily snap it on to connect to the short portion of the existing chain.
